Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrionna L. Williams.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

How I arrived where I am was merely divine. Due to my gradual weight gain due to the birth control shot I was more and more perturbed about the colors, patterns, and styles of clothes that hung on the racks for plus size women (ME). So I began to design my own wardrobe, afterall I was chubby not dead… I was still an amazing woman and extremely beautiful that had a career and a social life with children and wanted my fashion to match my character and personality! My designs not only caught the eyes of other women but of fashion industry personnel and buyers, which placed us on the runway at our first large fashion show in Atlanta then on to several other shows which landed us promoting and producing our own annual nationally recognized fashion show during Essence Fest in New Orleans to hanging on the racks in Macy’s which then put us in New York slaying the runway for New York Fashion Week and showcasing our designs at various nationally televised awards shows and reality shows as well as gracing the runway during Paris Fashion Week. My vision and tenacity got me where I am today!

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Success is never easy and challenges ae what defines your vision and gives you the strength and motivation to keep going! Some of the challenges I have faced were some of the closed doors in my face. I also struggled with having the right circle and staff on board, and having to revamp, restructure, and restart!

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

We design and manufacture clothing for curvy women as well as a modeling agency where we empower women and manage and book events for the plus size woman. We teach confidence and being comfortable in their curvy skin. Weight doesn’t define you character does because CURVY has no size! We specialize in couture clothing that brings quality designs with the curvy woman in mind. Our fabrics aren’t cheap which means they don’t shrink nor unravel; and we pride ourselves on what we put on your bodies. Our clothes fit you like a glove and we provide garments for every aspect of your life for example, athletic wear, casual wear, evening wear, bridal, swim wear, intimate wear, and business wear. We provide the wardrobe for the EVERY DAY WOMAN!

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My advice is to never give up… Never let anyone detour you and that includes yourself. Never allow shade from a tree that produces no fruit. Write your vision down and make it plain. Work on you and your idea daily and realize there will be some ups and downs but you don’t stay down you learn and then restart! Aim for the moon and if you fall short… you will still land amongst the stars!

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

It means purpose… the reason for getting up with a masterplan daily! An accomplishment and achievement of your planned vision and goals…

What’s next for you?

Finishing the race is what is next for me… Making stops at each destination (successes) that is outlined on my road map called life and conquering them all!
