Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Henczel.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Now, more than ever, people need help with getting unstuck. I love helping with finding joy in their journey and leveling up their lifestyle. But, it’s taken many steps to find my path. For many years, I was very unfulfilled in my work. It seemed like I was never able to breakthrough. There was something missing. I wasn’t creating the lifestyle I wanted or getting the results that I needed. After a life changing tragedy in my family, I discovered some major shifts that made all the difference. I figured out how to get unstuck and breakthrough to a new way of thinking and living. For me, it all started when one day I received a phone call that no wife wants to hear. It was my husband’s boss. He said I had to come to the hospital right away because my husband had been in a very bad accident. I had to stay focused on the drive to the hospital and I kept thinking: “I’m not going to lose my best friend today.” When I finally got to him in the hospital, I didn’t recognize him at first. He was covered in blood and his chest and body were all caved in. He had been crushed by thousands of lbs of wood! They said his lung was punctured, he had breaks and fractures throughout his body, and a number of other things. But, thankfully, he survived.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The days, weeks, and months following Paul’s accident, were extremely difficult on the whole family. But the thing that kept me going was that I saw amazing courage, strength and determination in my love. One of the things that really impacted me the most, was how the communities my husband was involved in before the accident, rallied around and supported him. You see, Paul was a volunteer football coach and announcer, and football players and other coaches came by and said things like, “We’re here for you Coach Paul.” I realized one of the things I was missing was that kind of camaraderie. So, the first thing I did was I created a community. I started by inviting local business owners to join me for lunch. To my surprise, that day 50 business owners showed up, and it was clear to me that there was a need for deeper connection. Imagine that, I wasn’t the only one! That one meeting turned into a group, and that one group turned into a thriving network with chapters in multiple cities. I created an entire business network with the mandate of creating a circle of support for entrepreneurs. I found out that, for anything to work, you need to be part of a community. You need to build your circle of support, it won’t build itself. People will help you, if you show up to be helped. Focus on what you can give, not take. Learn how to collaborate, rather than compete.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

Since then, I’ve created many communities. I specialize in helping entrepreneurs and women in podcasting, around the world to gain visibility.

My communities continue to grow because people want to connect, and guess what, people want to connect with you!

I built a platform that allowed me to finally breakthrough and helped my husband become an international speaker.

I love helping others get unstuck, too. I’ve fostered many joint ventures and love creating opportunities for leaders to cultivate meaningful connections and collaborations.

I’ve helped thousands of entrepreneurs, coaches, trainers and speakers to increase their impact and influence. I show them how to generate multiple streams of income from their expertise and start movements with their message. I enjoy leading people through a process of creating harmony and abundance for themselves, while serving the world with their purpose.

Through my Inspired Influencers Academy, I help my clients navigate through all of today’s top mindset and marketing tools to create a client attraction system that really works for them.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

What I found out along the way is, you need the courage to realize that your ideas alone are not enough.

You can do all the learning, have all the credentials, and have the most amazing ideas in the world, but ideas don’t mean anything unless you turn them into action.

You see, I knew the strategies. But, there’s a difference between knowing and doing. I had to stop stopping, and I had to start implementing what I knew. When I finally did that, I was able to help myself and others.

Through my VIP Club, I encourage others and hold them accountable to their own zone of genius. Are you ready to take the bold leap? The world needs your skills, talents and gifts.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

For me, success is freedom. Freedom over my own schedule, to work on things that really fire me up. I love helping others to get unstuck, too. In fact, I had a women reach out to me last month and she’s been trying to get her coaching business started for a whole YEAR! …with no clients. She said she couldn’t make it another month with no income. She has all the credentials to help people in her area of expertise, but there was a missing piece. So, I showed her my system and she’s been doing that for 2 weeks steady. She just contacted me on Friday in tears because she got her first 15k client. A breakthrough for her. That’s so rewarding for me! It might not be a lot to some people, but now she has the skills and confidence to replicate the same steps over and over again. It made me so happy! I love helping people.

What’s next for you?

I have online communities on Facebook, Clubhouse, Instagram, and through my Inspired Influencers Academy and VIP Club. My online communities are thriving, because of my podcasts. I’ve had the honor of interviewing today’s top thought leaders, influencers and legacy builders.
