I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

We have grown substantially as an advertising agency over the past 7 years and like every company, we have had our ups and downs. What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Our most important advice to find success in your life is to find your passion. Think deep and hard about what gets you excited and eager to learn. We spend about 1/3 of our day and our life working so spend it doing something that makes you happy. Even though Jason and I built this business 7 years ago, we are still working long hours to grow and still handle the day to day operations. We have direct relationships with all of our clients and are just a simple phone call, email or text away. I could not imagine running a business where I did not want to go to work or speak with the customers. Since we both have a passion in both Digital Marketing and the vast array of different surgeries, we feel like what we do for a living is not work. To stay up to date on everything, we attend industry tradeshows, numerous webinars and subscribe to newsletters so we can continue to learn.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

To us, knowledge and execution is the definition of success. We are constantly learning every single day, even outside of normal business hours. All of this knowledge leads to experience and credibility. Although education and experience does not solely lead to success. The most important factor of success is execution. Someone could have 12 years of education learning about digital marketing for Surgeons and still not be good at it.
