Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Panarelli.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Thank you for having me! I decided to start my real estate business in late 2017. Prior to selling real estate I worked as a car salesman, and before that I was director of operations for a fundraising call center. Helping others is something that I’ve always been passionate about. Combining that passion with my experience in sales, customer service, and management, I felt as though becoming a REALTOR would be something I would not only enjoy, but excel at.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

All the challenges you face in the real estate business are all the same challenges any entrepreneur will face. The biggest challenge is getting out of your own way, and handling what’s going on between your ears, in your head. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

My team specializes in helping people buy, sell, or invest in real estate with confidence. For home sellers we provide unrivaled marketing on the Multiple Listing Service and off. We design single property websites with professional photography, video tours, personal agent walkthrough videos, search engine and social media marketing. For home buyers we provide exclusive property searches, top notch customer service and response times, and the best professionals in the business for your financing, inspection, and legal needs.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Do not determine your success based on another person’s success, it’s a great way to demotivate yourself. You will move forward at your own pace, and the definition of success is subjective to you. As long as your taking steps toward your definition of success everyday, that’s all that matters.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Like I said for the last question: the definition of success is subjective. For some people success is making millions of dollars, for some people success is making enough to support your family, have more personal time, or family time. For me, success is simply when I feel happy. If I am happy with my day’s work, my relationships, my personal life, financial life, and spiritual life, I am successful.

What’s next for you?

I plan to expand my real estate business. I want to continue helping others buy, sell, and invest. But, I would also like to move into coaching others in our business to provide exceptional service, helping others obtain financing, and invest in real estate myself.
