Today we’d like to introduce you to William Aubrey Hambrick.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I’m a San Francisco native that has spent most of my life as a coalition builder working with non-profit organizations, an educator, community activist, and entrepreneur. My passions have always run hand in hand with my discipline, passions and my moral compass. Whether it was in martial arts, music, or facilitating programs in social/education organizations, working in and helping educate communities that need it the most has always been a priority for me. I am proud to say that I’ve gotten to where I am today with the help of God. In addition, my grit, strong worth ethic and support system has led me to further fulfill my goals.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Much like a pulse, life always has its ups and downs. There was one event in particular that was a major hurdle for me. 10 years ago, I broke my neck in multiple places and dislocated a disk. I was blessed to have a full recovery and to have no negative residuals. When something of that magnitude happens you rethink life’s direction and your identity. I’m more than happy to say that I realized that “perfection is in the evolution of the person.” Every day I am striving to be more humble, ambitious, grateful, disciplined, and forward thinking.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

In today’s ever changing market, in order to execute your vision you will need to involve several different organizations or entities. This Fire Media is a one stop shop that encompasses all of your media needs which is almost impossible to find.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Invest in yourself. Take the time to find your passions and what is of interest to you. Once you have identified your passion, investing in yourself takes discipline, patience and consistency. Get involved daily with those things that interest you and start to develop your life around what you love and educate yourself on who you are. With that in mind, the end road will always be a success.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is defined by happiness and being blessed enough to do what I love every day. When you do what you love, it does not feel like work. I am able to channel that into blessings for myself and my loved ones.

What’s next for you?

We’re currently expanding very fast so the goal is to bring on at least 10 more people by December 2021, and double the size of our media studio.
